Who do I contact?

For queries relating to the application form, please contact the CMT Recruitment Office (via email at cmtrecruitment@rcplondon.ac.uk)

For queries relating to the progress of your application, interview or offers please contact the relevant deanery / UoA - i.e. the deanery / UoA currently managing your application. To begin with, this will be the deanery you cited as first-choice on your application; however, once long- and short-listing are complete, and you are invited to interview, you may be invited to interview at one of your other deanery preferences - in this case, the inviting deanery will have taken over the management of your application.

CMT Recruitment Office

If you have any queries which have not been answered in our FAQs section, please contact the national CMT Recruitment Office (RO) helpdesk; this online enquiry service will be manned from 8am until 4pm every weekday. To contact the helpdesk, please send an email to cmtrecruitment@rcplondon.ac.uk

All queries should be sent via email, as this allows questions to be answered and issues dealt with chronologically. Also, records are kept of queries received so that any common issues can be added to the FAQs section. The RO guarantees to respond to all email queries within 48 (working) hours of receiving them, although typically a response will be sent much more quickly than this.
